Greg and Tori Deaton launched Caliber Construction, Inc. nearly two decades ago while transitioning to Charleston from the Atlanta Metro area. Their collaborative experience has created an impressive business portfolio consisting of commercial and residential construction, flooring contracting, and land development. The pair also owned/operated a retail showroom located in Duluth, GA, strategically aligned with Benjamin Moore Paint and Mohawk Flooring, from 1987 through January 2009.

Greg and Tori are proud to have over 2,400 condominium and multi-family units and nearly 4,000,000 square feet of office and medical construction on their resume. The Charleston based company is currently focusing on condominium, office and medical facility construction in the immediate area.
